These are the basic things that i have learnt 

For me the most important things are the basics.Its so easy to forget about your core and foundations after you have been trading for sometime.For me once again its nothing more then a map to refresh and remind me of what NOT to forget.There will be sections when i go about rambling about off topic issues but please bear with me.I would advice reading from top to bottom in that order so things don't seem out of place.
